Rain = Grrrrr!!!

At 4pm 2/20/08 our phone system and internet went down because of the rain...and it was out ALL DAY yesterday. The phones were transferred to my cell phone, but I get crap reception in my office. So, everytime a phone call came in, I had to walk into our warehouse. I spoke to our service provider 5 different times yesterday and they never could give me an ETA on when we would be back up and running. Needless to say, yesterday was not a good day. Hopefully, they have fixed the problem and all will be good again today.
